Resumen
The theme of this research is Syndicalism in higher education. It focuses on the political formation of the union leaders of the Union of Teachers of the Federal University of Amapá (SINDUFAP), Union Section of the National Union of Teachers of Higher Education Institutions (ANDES-SN). This thematic needs to be analyzed from the questions that structure the society, that is, considering its determinations, contradictions, that are constructed historically, socially and culturally. The central objective is to analyze the contributions of SINDUFAP to the political formation of teachers who acted as union leaders from 1994-2018. The method that supports the study is the Dialectical Historical Materialism (MHD) of Marx's postulates, having as main categories of analysis: totality, mediation and contradiction. In the scope of social research, it is configured as a field research, with exploratory nature, divided into three stages. The first one consisted of the survey and bibliographic study on the subject in order to analyze the trade union as a space of political formation and in counter-hegemonic perspective. The second consisted of data collection, divided into three moments: 1) collection of documentary data of SINDUFAP (minutes of foundation, election and inauguration of the Executive Boards, General and Extraordinary Meetings, Final Reports of the Congresses of ANDES-SN) with the purpose of contextualizing the trade union teaching movement of UNIFAP since its foundation and installation and, also identify the possible subjects who would participate in the research; 2) application of the questionnaire to teachers who acted as union leaders the SINDUFAP, from 1994-2018; 3) interview with a group of teachers, selected from the questionnaire responses. The third phase of the research was the analysis and interpretation of the data collected. The study subjects were teachers who served as executive officers of SINDUFAP from 1994-2018. It is not the place of the trade union in the formation, but the place of the trade union in the formation of a group of subjects that became union leaders. The analysis, based on the documentary study, shows that even in the face of a critical framework presented to the working class, with the implementation of neoliberal policies, moderate or extreme, in the different governments since 1990, ANDES-SN, together with union sections, has been autonomous, democratic and grassroots. Thus, it sought (and seeks to) construct a qualified debate through the Working Group on Political Formation of Trade Union Formation (GTPFS), which contributes to the political formation of the teachers who organize themselves in the entity. Studying the contributions of the SINDUFAP to the political formation of the teachers who worked in the Executive Direction allows to collaborate with the consolidation of a theme, syndicalism teaching in the higher education, little discussed in the scope of the academy and in the North Region. Also, to contribute to SINDUFAP's history, since its inception, revealed its concern with higher education in Amapá, struggle and implementation of principles of democracy and autonomy of the trade union, promotion of moments of reflection on the local and national political conjuncture. Through this study it was possible to understand the union's formation bias, in addition to what is historically specific. Thus, the contributions of the union to the political formation of the teachers who have acted in the executive direction range from being an important and strategic space in the collective construction of political consciousness of the subjects of a class (worker) in and for themselves, building a trajectory of political formation in the teaching movement, construction of a vision of the world detached from the hegemonic precepts socially established by the class that dominates economically, among other things
