This study attempts to understand the educational management and indiscipline in
the 9th year of elementary school in a state public school network in the city of
Palmas, with regard to raising the factors that generate the indiscipline in the
classroom, seeking to identify evidence-generating indiscipline in family structure.
The theoretical framework was in the basement to position before the issues of
indiscipline, too, could understand the complexity of the issue. The case study was
commissioned to identify factors internal and external to the school that may interfere
with the learning of students. The data were gathered through questionnaires applied
to students and round table discussion with teachers and administrators. The results
show how internal factors in order and that structure and organization of classes
interfere in the (in) school discipline. It also points to the need for preventive actions
in schools, emphasizing the possibility of a shared structure for the (in) discipline in
view of the pedagogical relationship, policies that serve as the basis for a democratic management.
