El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal medir a trav?s de una evaluaci?n comparativa, el impacto en la manera en que los habitantes de la ciudad de Ibagu? se movilizaron entre el d?a sin carro y sin moto, desarrollado el d?a 13 de febrero de 2019, y el Plan Maestro de Movilidad y Espacio P?blico del a?o 2018 de la ciudad. Para este fin, se realizaron aforos para analizar la variaci?n en el volumen motorizado teniendo en cuenta cu?les fueron los medios de transporte utilizados y la cantidad de viajes realizados en estos en las estaciones maestras de la Calle 15 con Carrera 5, Calle 43 con Carrera 5 y Avenida Ambal? con Calle 60, en los horarios de 6:30 a.m a 9:30 a.m; 11:30 a.m a 14:30 p.m y 17:30 p.m a 20:30 p.m de ese d?a. The main objective of this study is to measure, through a comparative evaluation, the impact on the way in which the inhabitants of Ibagu? mobilized between the car-free day, developed on February 13, 2019, and the Master Plan of Mobility and Public Space of 2018 of the city. For this purpose, gaugings were made to analyze the variation in motorized volume taking into account which were the means of transport used, and the number of trips made at the following master stations: 15th Street with 5th Avenue, 43th Street with 5th Avenue and 60th Street with Ambala Avenue; and in the next time ranges: from 6:30 am to 9:30 am; 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m that day.
