The way of working of companies worldwide changes day by day, so that the work to stay updated and current in the market becomes an increasingly challenging task. Currently, the importance of social networks, the image, the message and the purpose of a company, becomes even greater, so maintaining a record and having a friendly social purpose is very important. This is why a group of students from the Universidad del Rosario, working together with the Colombian company Comercializadora Internacional Grupo de Moda S.A.S, and its commercial brand Colette Prêt-À-Porter Bogotá, seek and carry out strategies and processes that contribute positively to the purpose of keeping your brand current and at the forefront, and likewise find the purpose that makes them special in the Colombian textile market. For this, a general study of the market in which the company is located is made, different processes are developed that lead to the selection of the strategies to be carried out, these strategies are carried out and their effectiveness is tested, and the project is concluded. success of the project purpose.
