This project structures the approach of a business idea framed in the cowork model, which after the evaluation of current market trends and offers, manages to give rise to what would be known as Spazio, "the place where ideas are born", a cowork that breaks the traditional schemes, providing a range of luxury services ready to generate innovative proposals, professional and personal growth, and strengthening collaborative work among coworkers. As part of the relationship in digital environments, Spazio ventures into social networks and digital platforms such as its website and mobile App, thus giving a more personalized and friendly approach to users or well known Spazers. In the same way, acquisition and loyalty strategies are proposed, which through incentives, dynamics, benefits and plans are intended to capture the attention of new and existing customers. Spazio arrives in the coworks market to redefine luxury and open a field of opportunities and tools to all those who, in a visionary way, yearn for professional development while maintaining harmony with lifestyle and interpersonal relationships.
