Abstract

One of the main requirements of a company is to have control of the information flow that it produces, so that this information can assist in the continuous improvement of business processes, in order to streamline your work and get concrete information in the shortest possible time . In this context, this paper presents the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques in the development of a prototype of business intelligence tool. The proposal involves the implementation of an Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS), which will be deployed in the company Arbaza foods, in order to help executives make decisions regarding product costs, profit margin, and possible investments.
