Aumento de estrategias innovadoras para el desarrollo del pensamiento matemático en niños del nivel medio mayor del Jardín Infantil y Sala Cuna Copito de Nieve de la ciudad de Hornopiren

Abstract

Este proyecto busca ayudar a las Educadoras de Párvulos del Jardín Infantil y Sala Cuna Copito de Nieve, permitiéndoles fortalecer sus estrategias innovadoras en el pensamiento matemático dentro del aula del nivel medio mayor, a través de la búsqueda de posibles causas presentadas en un árbol de problemas, tales como la falta de estrategias innovadoras en el núcleo pensamiento matemático, nivel medio mayor, y la optimización del espacio de aula y la promoción del trabajo colaborativo entre los equipos de aula para reflexionar y potenciar las prácticas pedagógicas en el núcleo pensamiento matemático. Fue necesario dar un contexto y detectar el nudo crítico, también revisar documentación, para demostrar las dificultades que presentan las educadoras de párvulo para desarrollar el pensamiento matemático. Esto requirió del planteamiento del árbol del problema y el árbol de objetivos, que nos permitió elaborar el proyecto propiamente tal. Luego, presentamos la fundamentación teórica que explicará por qué es importante implementar este proyecto, y un marco lógico que facilitará la comprensión de los propósitos y actividades de este. Y finalmente, la elaboración de un plan estratégico específico con objetivos claros y medibles, sus respectivas actividades, profesionales a cargo, recursos materiales y monetarios, que serán el sustento del proyecto de innovación dentro del jardín Infantil “Copito de Nieve”, de la ciudad de Hornopirén, perteneciente a la Fundación Integra.

This project seeks to help the kindergarten educators of the Jardín Infantil y Sala Cuna Copito de nieve, allowing them to strengthen their innovative strategies in mathematical thinking within the classroom of the higher middle level, through the search for possible causes presented in a problem tree, such as the lack of innovative strategies in the core of mathematical thinking, higher middle level, the optimization of the classroom environment and development of teamwork between the classroom teams to reflect and enhance the pedagogic practices in the core of mathematical thinking. It was necessary to give context and detect the critical tie, as well as revising documentation in order to demonstrate the challenges to kindergarten educators, to develop mathematical thinking. This required the proposal of a problem tree and an objectives tree, which allowed us to craft the project as it is. Then, we present the theoretical foundation that will explain why it is important to implement this project, and a logical framework that will facilitate the understanding of the purposes and activities of it. And finally the development of a specific strategic plan with clear and measurable goals, its respective activities, professionals in charge, material and financial resources, which will be the basis of the innovative project inside the kindergarten “Copito De Nieve”, from the city of Hornopiren, part of the foundation Integra.
