El actual estudio presenta la relación existente entre las variables del amor y la confianza que perciben los estudiantes del Tecnológico Nacional de México Campus Coatzacoalcos. El estudio se ubica desde la posición empírico-analítica con un análisis de datos de tipo cuantitativo y transversal, con un nivel investigativo descriptivo con un corte único en el tiempo durante el semestre junio 2021-enero 2022. Se determinó una muestra de tipo no probabilístico con la técnica de conveniencia de 366 participantes de una población de 4600 estudiantes. Se realizó una adaptación para la construcción de un instrumento de medición sobre la relación del amor y la confianza en un contexto educativo desde la óptica de los estudiantes, la cual tiene un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.835. Consta de 40 ítems y una escala de Likert y se encuentra estructurada de la siguiente forma: datos sociodemográficos, dos dimensiones a evaluar y preguntas de opción múltiple. Derivado de la prueba de parametría y la comprobación de hipótesis a través de Kolmogorov-Smirnov se realizó el análisis estadístico correspondiente. Los resultados obtenidos manifiestan que no existe una diferencia significativa en la percepción del amor y la confianza en los profesores con respecto al género en una IES, aunque es importante señalar que con respecto a la variable del amor los estudiantes manifestaron estar totalmente de acuerdo y con la variable de la confianza en de acuerdo.The current study presents the relationship between the variables of love and trust perceived by students of the Tecnológico Nacional de México Campus Coatzacoalcos. The study is located from the empirical-analytical position with a quantitative and cross-sectional data analysis, with a descriptive investigative level with a single cut in time during the June 2021-January 2022 semester. A non-probabilistic sample was determined, with the convenience technique of 366 participants from a population of 4600 students. An adaptation was made for the construction of a measurement instrument on the relationship of love and trust in an educational context from the perspective of the students, which has a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.835. It consists of 40 items and a Likert scale and is structured as follows: sociodemographic data, two dimensions to be evaluated and multiple choice questions. Derived from the parametric test and the verification of the hypothesis through Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the corresponding statistical analysis was performed. The results obtained show that there is no significant difference in the perception of love and trust in teachers with respect to gender in an IES, although it is important to point out that with respect to the variable of love, the students stated that they totally agreed and with the variable of confidence in agree.
