Resumen
El trabajo de tesis‖ Propuesta de un Plan de Desarrollo Profesional Integral para Docentes de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán, es un estudio que buscó apoyar en alguna medida con el desarrollo profesional integral de los y las docentes de la Universidad en Mención. The thesis Proposal for a Comprehensive Professional Development Plan for Teachers of Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán, is a study that sought to support some degree with integral professional development the teachers of this University. Through this document we sought in a scientific, research about the dimensions that give the human being their integral development of what came to be the building blocks for designing the proposal. An instrument for collecting information to authorities and teachers in relation to the physical dimensions, intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual, the results were presented in a structure attached to the model of The Total Person by Stephen Covey, understanding that seeks structure components of a Comprehensive Professional Development Program, which led to bypass the need for a Professional Development plan and even more so when the University does not have it. Finally, the proposal is drawn up a plan for professional development for teachers of UPNFM, in order to be approved and implemented, as is the institution's UPNFM responsible for forming the majority of teachers working in the education system Honduras, have highly committed teachers and the ability to constantly improve their performance.
