One of the inherent conditions of the human is the social interaction and from this the violence that permeates all environments, including the school environment, becomes inevitable, causing students to resort to violent behaviors in the face of the frustration and demands of reality. The I. E. Jesus Maestro to Solitude is located in a difficult socio-economic context and with problems considered as school violence that affect coexistence, from there born the need to apply strategies to counteract the manifestations of school violence searching in a constructive way, to resolve conflicts between students. The purpose of this research was to characterize 9°B school violence and to develop strategies with in the framework of the “Tutorial Action"; that contribute to the mitigation of school violence. The type of research wasnt Experimental - Transectional - descriptive, with a mixed approach quali - quantitative, and the target population were 9°B students. The questionnaire on Coexistence, Conflicts and School Violence for students to Ortega, R. Del Rey, J. A. Mora-Merchán, V. Sánchez and F. J. Ortega-Rivera was used as an instrument. Characterizing school violence and based on these results, a tutorial action was implemented to mitigate the indices of school violence presented in the I. E. Jesus Maestro.Una de las condiciones inherentes al ser humano es la interacción social y de esta se desprende como algo inevitable la violencia que impregna todos los ambientes incluyendo el ambiente escolar; haciendo que los estudiantes recurran a conductas violentas ante la frustración y exigencias de la realidad. La I.E. Jesús Maestro de Soledad está ubicada en un contexto socio- económico difícil y con problemas considerados como violencia escolar que afectan la convivencia, de ahí la necesidad de aplicar estrategias que permitan contrarrestar las manifestaciones de violencia escolar buscando, de manera constructiva, dirimir los conflictos entre los estudiantes. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito caracterizar la violencia escolar de 9°B y desarrollar estrategias que en el marco de la “Acción Tutorial” contribuyan a la mitigación de la violencia escolar. El tipo de investigación fue no Experimental – Transeccional – descriptiva, con un enfoque mixto cuali - cuantitativo,; y la población objeto de estudio fueron los estudiantes de 9°B. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario sobre Convivencia, Conflictos y Violencia Escolar para estudiantes de Ortega, R. Del Rey, J.A. Mora-Merchán, V. Sánchez y F.J. Ortega-Rivera. Caracterizándose la violencia escolar y a partir de esos resultados se implementó la acción tutorial para mitigar los índices de violencia escolar que se presentan en la I.E Jesús Maestro.
