El objetivo del presente artículo comprende el análisis de contenidos de narrativas orientadas a la identificación y comprensión de la praxis docente. Metodológicamente, se asumió el paradigma histórico-hermenéutico, con abordaje metodológico cualitativo, sustentado en el análisis sistemático de 147 narrativas, con 49 docentes de Ciencias Básicas en la CUC. El procesamiento de las narrativas se adelantó con el software ATLAS.ti. En los resultados, se identificaron dos tipos de narrativas correspondientes a la praxis docente: reflexiva y tradicional, planteando el reto de la praxis docente como eje facilitador y generador de experiencias de aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes.The objective of this article includes the analysis of narrative content oriented to the identification and understanding of the practice teaching. Methodologically, we assumed the historic paradigm - hermeneutical with qualitative methodological approach, based on the systematic analysis of 147 narratives, with 49 teachers of basic sciences in the CUC. The processing of the narratives advancement with the ATLAS.ti software. In the results, we identified two types of narratives for the praxis teacher: reflexive and traditional, posing the challenge of the praxis teacher as facilitator and shaft generator significant learning experiences in the students.
