This research intends to analyze the importance of Labor Compliance as a strategy to avoid legal conflicts. The Compliance theme is on the rise, as it aims to avoid possible risks and seeks that companies always seek to be in compliance with legal standards. As it is a new subject, the Compliance program and its concepts will be addressed, even though it is applied with emphasis on the labor sphere, since it can be used in different areas and at different times. Following are the means of inspections in the work environment addressing the definition of the work environment and the existing means in the legislation to combat any conflict that damages the image of the organization, before society. Even so, Compliance is presented as a new program where companies are still adopting. To understand the theme, the implementation of the program is approached as a means of reducing labor judicial conflicts, showing the possible tools to be implemented in corporations and finally demonstrating the obligation of the tool under Law 12.846 / 2013 and the difference of integrity and Compliance program.
