dc.descriptionThe interest pursued in this work was to investigate the violent marital bond seeking to apprehend the affectional dynamics of the marital bond and how it is constituted and maintained. Apart from that the work analyses the existing relationship between love and violence as well as the couples strategies to face the lived violence. The theoretical perspectives aligned in this work are the Psychoanalysis, the Relational Psychoanalysis and the Psycho-social Studies. The research is based on a psychoanalytical approach, interpretative in it\'s turn, of the violent marital bond. Although regarding the Human Rights issues and the Gender Studies perspectives, this work assumes that marital violence is built within the bond. Three couples were interviewed, all of them users of an NGO\'s services which works with intrafamily violence, especially marital violence. The interviews were recorded and transcribed. The analysis of such interviews have suggested that apart from the gender perspective, it is important to consider the affectional dynamic in the marital bond. Each couple have presented a particular bond dynamics entrenched by unconscious issues existing since the constitution of the bond. It was observed that the partners, both men and women, were implicated in the development of the violent marital bonds, which includes unconscious elements such as: the constitution of the bond and the love partner choice, the transgenerationality and the repetitions deriving from the family inheritance, the narcissism and the helplessness. These are some of the elements that constituted the love-violence history of these couples.

dc.descriptionInteressou neste trabalho investigar o vínculo conjugal violento, buscando apreender a dinâmica afetiva do vínculo conjugal, como estes são constituídos e mantidos. Além disso, buscou-se analisar a relação existente entre amor e violência e as estratégias de enfrentamento do casal diante da violência vivenciada. A perspectiva teórica utilizada é a Psicanálise, Psicanálise Vincular e Estudos Psicossociais. A pesquisa baseou-se em uma leitura psicanalítica, por sua vez interpretativa, do vínculo conjugal violento. Sem perder de vista as questões relativas aos Direitos Humanos e ainda a perspectiva dos estudos de gênero, partiu-se do pressuposto de que a violência conjugal é construída no vínculo. Foram entrevistados três casais atendidos em uma ONG que trabalha com atendimentos referentes às queixas de violência intrafamiliar, mais especificamente a violência conjugal. As entrevistas foram gravadas e depois transcritas. A análise das entrevistas apontou que, para além do estudo de gênero, é importante considerar a dinâmica afetiva do vínculo conjugal. Cada casal apresentou uma dinâmica vincular singular, permeada por questões inconscientes, presentes desde a formação do vínculo. Foi possível observar que ambos os parceiros, homens e mulheres, estão implicados nos desdobramentos do vínculo conjugal violento, que incluí elementos inconscientes, a saber; a formação do vínculo e a escolha do parceiro amoroso, a transgeracionalidade e as repetições decorrentes da herança familiar, o narcisismo e o desamparo, são alguns elementos que compuseram a história de amor-violência desses casais.
