Violencia intrafamiliar como estudio interdisciplinario

Abstract

This work explores the violence, it’s dimensions, and the importance of the figure of the victim, the victim and its relational dynamics as generators of it, but also as main entities for the prevention, solution and treatment of domestic violence. The number of cases of violence in the country every day has increased, not only because it is a more visible problem, but also because the number of aggressions in these areas is increasing. In addition, there are failures in the attention of victims, and the application of rules that sanction these behaviors is not effective and does not have a real level of incidence that deters them. Taking into account that, from the point of view of this work, when an interdisciplinary view of this phenomenon is required, the measures to implement, or corrective to it, must involve measures and treatments to both the victim, the victim and the family nucleus as such. Analysis of these situations in the field of prevention and education from all disciplines is required. To do this, achievable and measurable public policies must be defined in terms of scope and effectiveness. This is how, clearly, the strategies that must be implemented to facilitate access to women and victims in general of this crime have had and should be reformulated and expanded to generate greater scope and effectiveness in their care.
