dc.descriptionThis study identifies and analyzes games in power relations and social representations of 29 subjects who experience violence, in the sphere of marriage, and 28 professionals to support such people, with their meanings and for the (des) construction of these abuses. Methodologically, it is a bibliographical and participant research, of a qualitative nature, developed in the municipality of Uberlândia-MG., of the period from 1997 to 2017. For this reason, the use of a multistructured interview and analysis of documents from the organizations of the Support network investigated: Women's Station, of the Government of the state of Minas Gerais; From the Board of Directors or the Core of Support to the Woman/Sector Special Attention/Secretariat of Social Development of the city of Uberlândia, where it allocates the program House Shelter Crossing and, still, the Supervision of the Woman, also linked to the municipal public power and of the SOS Woman and Family of Uberlândia.The interpretations of the data are backed up on Cultural history; in studies on representations; genre and feminisms; power and violence. As for who experience marital relations with the presence of violence, auxiliary issues have been analyzed: relationship between gender, relation of power representations, adherence to certain values and marital; the choices made by the people met in the institutions of the support network, given the historical possibilities presented; the experiences and feelings identified in the stories of violence; the evidence of the elements that make up the situations: hostage of the power of the other and/or outputs of the process of assault and reinvention of the history of life; the idealization of the relationship and the other and whether it contributes to situations of violence. From the representations on gender and power relations, entremearam statements on bodies, intimacies, relationship jealousy and "loving", in the marital context; the impacts of violence on the health concerned and the children; the weight of religiosity in the perpetuation, or not, of abuses and choices. On the professionals of the network confront the violence the understanding about the senses and meanings of the gender representations of professionals in/for the attendance; opportunities professionals to deal with violence without promoting them; the importance of yours interventions and the institutions, conferred by people who were met there; about appropriate services and from which point of view, as well as whether some provide institutional violence. Thus, institutions where most subjects, from this study, pass through and contact public policies that a priori have difficulty in putting an end to violence or, on occasion, promote violence, seem, on the other hand, provide visibility, certain politicization on practices. and oportunizam who experiences the problem, in its specificities, to seek aid to settle and deal with ambivalent feelings, complex experiences, hard acquired, remaining hostage and/or (re) constituting subjectivities, launching hand of possible strategies to rewrite his life story. There were approximations in the gender and power relations representations of professionals, as well as of different couples (less or more favoured classes, victims and authors, hetero, homosexual) who live violence, with permanence, in this delimited period, in relation to the two decades Earlier and, in the findings of the spirals of violence, varied strategies to deal with abuses in coexistence, where silence does not mean consent or consensus. Understanding narratives provides highlight version of reality, dissent, nuances, conformisms, resistors, tactics (con) games (on) experience, and performances reveal conservations and "metamorphoses" in relations of gender and power permeated by violent contexts.

dc.descriptionEste estudo identifica e analisa os jogos nas relações de poder e representações sociais de 29 sujeitos que vivenciam violências de gênero, na esfera conjugal, e de 28 profissionais da rede de apoio a tais pessoas, com seus significados na e para a (des)construção desses abusos. Metodologicamente, trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e participante, de natureza qualitativa, desenvolvida no município de Uberlândia-MG, no período de 1997 a 2017. Para tanto, utilizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise de documentos de organizações da rede de apoio investigadas: a Delegacia de Mulheres, do Governo do Estado de Minas Gerais; a Diretoria ou o Núcleo de Apoio à Mulher/Setor Atenção Especial/Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social da Prefeitura de Uberlândia, onde se aloca o Programa Casa-Abrigo Travessia e, ainda, a Superintendência da Mulher, também ligada ao Poder Público municipal e a ONG SOS Mulher e Família de Uberlândia. As interpretações dos dados encontram-se respaldadas na História Cultural; nos estudos sobre representações; gênero e feminismos; relações de poder e violências. Quanto aos que vivenciam relações conjugais com a presença de agressões, foram analisadas questões auxiliares: relação entre as representações de gênero, relações de poder e a adesão a determinados valores e essas violências; as escolhas feitas pelas pessoas atendidas nas instituições da rede de apoio, diante das possibilidades históricas apresentadas; as experiências e emoções identificadas nas histórias de violências; os indícios dos elementos que compõem as situações: de refém do poder do outro e/ou saídas do processo de agressão e reinvenção da história de vida; a idealização do relacionamento e do outro como possível contributo para situações de abuso. A partir das representações de gênero e relações de poder, entremearam-se enunciados sobre corpos, intimidades, articulação entre ciúme e “amorosidade” no âmbito conjugal; os impactos das violências na saúde dos envolvidos diretamente e nos(as) filhos(as); o peso das representações nos discursos religiosos na perpetuação, ou não, de abusos e escolhas. Sobre profissionais da rede de enfrentamento às violências, buscou-se a compreensão sobre os sentidos e significados de gênero e relações de poder no/para o atendimento; possibilidades de profissionais lidarem com violências sem promovê-las; a importância de suas intervenções e das organizações pesquisadas, conferida por pessoas que foram ali atendidas; sobre acolhimentos (in)adequados e de qual ponto de vista, bem como se alguns propiciam a violência institucional. Desse modo, instituições por onde a maior parte dos sujeitos deste estudo passam e nas quais contactam políticas públicas que a priori têm dificuldade em pôr fim às agressões ou, em certas ocasiões, as fomentam, parecem, por outro lado, proporcionar visibilidade e certa politização sobre práticas. E oportunizam a quem vivencia o problema, em suas especificidades, buscar auxílio para dirimir e lidar com sentimentos ambivalentes, experiências complexas, duramente adquiridas, permanecendo refém e/ou (re)constituindo subjetividades, lançando mão de estratégias possíveis para reescrever sua história de vida. Constataram-se aproximações nas representações de gênero e relações de poder de profissionais, bem como de casais diversos (classes menos ou mais favorecidas, vítimas e autores, heteros e homossexuais) que vivem violências, com permanências, nesse período delimitado, em comparação às duas décadas anteriores e, nos achados das espirais de violências, identificaram-se estratégias variadas para lidar com abusos na convivência, em que o silêncio não significa consentimento ou consenso. A compreensão de narrativas propicia destacar versões da realidade, dissidências, nuances, conformismos, resistências, táticas nos jogos de (con)(sobre)vivência, performances e revela conservações e “metamorfoses” nas relações de gênero e de poder permeadas por contextos violentos.
