This contribution reflects on the main concepts of the testimonial literature and elects the work Ich will Zeugnis ablegen bis zum letzen: Tagebücher 1933-1945 (English translation in two volumes: I Will Bear Witness [1933 to 1941], To The Bitter End [1942 to 1945]), by Victor Klemperer, for the purpose of showing how the author testifies the everyday life of discrimination and violence against Jews in Nazi Germany, as his own experience as a person that wrote under risk, in order of his diaries became examples of resistance against Antisemitism and Totalitarianism.Nossa contribuição visa refletir sobre conceitos centrais da literatura de testemunho e elege a obra Ich will Zeugnis ablegen bis zum letzen: Tagebücher 1933-1945 (título da tradução brasileira: Os Diários de Victor Klemperer. Testemunho clandestino de um judeu na Alemanha nazista), de Victor Klemperer, no intuito de demonstrar como o autor presta um testemunho do cotidiano de discriminação e violência contra judeus na Alemanha nazista, mas também de si como alguém que escreveu sob risco, de modo que seus diários se tornaram exemplos de resistência contra o anti-semitismo e o totalitarismo.
