It also responds to the question about how realize the hope of being a footballer in subjects that social conditions are not you at all favorable effectively? Investigating and questioning the system of education physical, recreation and sport, their pros and cons; the language of the teaching of physical education; the sense of life, commitment and transcendence; Education vs training through a travel auto-eco - biographical in the life of the author, as transit of biographical research, framed in qualitative research and inquiry Being narrated by the author, as a strategy to process and analyze characteristics of three athletes in formation of the Club Juventud Dagua, referring to their activities, their motivations, values and subjective meanings about the same.La obra de conocimiento presenta el trayecto gnoseológico y vinculación del indagador con la idea de conocimiento. Identificando tres rasgos importantes: el papel de la familia como formadora; la capacidad de decisión y disciplina personal como elementos movilizadores en la formación ética que garantizan mayores condiciones de éxito en la formación y la proyección hacia el sí mismo como motor para levantarse de la adversidad a través de la Esperanza. Asimismo, responde a la pregunta sobre ¿Cómo materializar efectivamente la esperanza de ser futbolista en sujetos a los que las condiciones sociales no le son del todo favorables? Indagando y cuestionando el sistema de educación física, recreación y deporte, sus pros y contras; el lenguaje del docente de educación física; el sentido de vida, compromiso y trascendencia; la educación vs el adiestramiento a través de un recorrido autoecobiográfico en la vida del autor, como tránsito de indagación y una Investigación Biográfica, enmarcada en la investigación cualitativa. Siendo narrada por parte del autor, como estrategia para procesar y analizar características de tres deportistas en formación del Club Juventud Dagua, haciendo referencia a sus actividades, sus motivaciones, valores y significados subjetivos sobre la misma.
