La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo sistematizar los imaginarios que tienen las maestras del colegio General Santander IED, sede C, frente al derecho de la libertad religiosa en la comunidad educativa de la institución. En el presente documento se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de investigaciones realizadas alrededor de la educación religiosa escolar, la libertad religiosa en el ámbito escolar, así como los imaginarios sociales existentes en la educación y la libertad religiosa. Partiendo de un ejercicio realizado con seis docentes del Colegio General Santander IED, sede C, del grado preescolar. Donde se identificó desde la óptica de las maestras, tres imaginarios sobre los cuales basan su enseñanza, dándole prioridad a la creencia religiosa personal, como parte de su autonomía docente y dentro del marco del PEI de la Institución.The main objective of this research is to systematize the imaginaries that the teachers of The General Santander School, campus C, have regarding the right to religious freedom in the educational community of the institution. In this document, a bibliographic review was carried out around religious school education, religious freedom in the school environment, as well as the existing social imaginaries in education and religious freedom. Starting from an exercise carried out with six teachers of the Colegio General Santander Headquarters C, of preschool grades.
