Lectura Crítica Para el Fortalecimiento de las Habilidades Investigativas en Estudiantes del Grado Décimo Mediadas por el Uso de un Entorno Virtual de Aprendizaje

Abstract

Esta investigación presenta la lectura crítica como una estrategia para fortalecer las habilidades de investigación: Examinar, inferir y sintetizar en estudiantes del décimo grado de la I.E José Santos Gutiérrez en El Cocuy Boyacá (Colombia). El objetivo general propuesto fue: Fortalecer las habilidades investigativas: examinar, inferir y sintetizar en los estudiantes de décimo grado, a través de la implementación de estrategias de lectura crítica apoyadas en el uso de un entorno virtual de aprendizaje. Esta investigación es de corte cualitativo, los instrumentos utilizados para recolectar los datos fueron: Cuestionario diagnóstico y de cierre, notas de campo y talleres en la plataforma virtual. Por consiguiente, la encuesta diagnostico permitió evidenciar el nivel de habilidades investigativas y acceso a la tecnología. A partir de los resultados se implementó una estrategia de lectura crítica mediada por un entorno virtual de aprendizaje para fortalecer las habilidades investigativas analizar, inferir y sintetizar. Esta fase de implementación se realizó en tres momentos: activación de conocimientos, práctica y evaluación. Finalmente, se aplicó una encuesta de cierre para contrastar los resultados iniciales, finales y marco teórico. Los resultados arrojaron que las actividades de lectura crítica permiten fortalecer las tres habilidades mencionadas anteriormente, y destacar la importancia de leer y escribir de manera crítica para poder desarrollar trabajos investigativos bien estructurados.

This research presents the critical reading as a strategy to strengthen the research skills: Examine, infer and synthesize in students of the tenth grade of José Santos Gutiérrez School in El Cocuy Boyacá (Colombia). The general objective proposed is: To strengthen the researching skills examine, infer and synthesize in the students of the tenth grade, through the implementation of critical reading strategies supported by the use of a virtual learning environment. This research is qualitative, the instruments used to collect the data were: Diagnostic and closing questionnaire, field notes and worksheets on the virtual platform. Therefore, the diagnostic survey demonstrated the level of research skills and access to technology of the students. Based on the results, a critical reading strategy mediated by a virtual learning environment was implemented to strengthen the research skills analyze, infer and synthesize. The implementation phase was carried out in three moments: activation of knowledge, practice and evaluation. Finally, a closing survey was applied to contrast the initial, final and theoretical framework results. The results showed that critical reading activities allow to strengthen the three skills mentioned above, and highlight the importance of reading and writing critically to be able to develop well-structured research studies.
