Habilidades Investigativas Mediante la Implementación de Estrategias Didácticas en la Asignatura de Ciencias Naturales

Abstract

La utilización de las nuevas tecnologías en la educación es importante en la enseñanza cuando se incorporan para mejorar el aprendizaje de las habilidades investigativas de los estudiantes. El siguiente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal mejorar las habilidades de investigación, como: observar, indagar, recolectar información, argumentar y analizar. Que los estudiantes del colegio Alfredo Bonilla Montaño del grado séptimo puedan fortalecer dichas habilidades. Desarrollando el trabajo se utilizó un enfoque mixto donde se incluye una orientación cualitativa y cuantitativa, en este se recopiló información a través de la implementación de un test de caracterización y un pre test como diagnóstico y de igual manera un cuestionario final con preguntas tipo prueba saber. Se desarrolló una unidad didáctica propuesta en cuatro sesiones con contenidos de aprendizaje referentes a la temática de locomoción en los seres vivos y su importancia en las Ciencias Naturales, se planificaron tomando como referencia, competencias, objetivos, contenidos, actividades e instrumentos de evaluación. Estas actividades se desarrollaron con la utilización de la plataforma Classroom la cual es una herramienta útil y practica para docentes y estudiantes, con muchas opciones para el trabajo en aula que facilita el desarrollo del proceso educativo que potencia y mejora las habilidades de investigación de los estudiantes, esto enfocado en el modelo pedagógico constructivista que en conjunto con el uso de herramientas tecnológicas apuntan a construir un aprendizaje significativo. La implementación y la evaluación llevo a la conclusión que las habilidades investigativas tuvieron una mejora y desempeño en un 90% donde al inicio es de un 30%. Lo que muestra que utilizar herramientas tecnológicas y un modelo pedagógico más una serie de actividades bien estructuradas potencian a la mejora de las habilidades para investigar en los estudiantes.

The inclusion of new technologies in the educational field has a positive impact on the teaching and learning process when they are incorporated to improve the research skills of students. The main objective of the following graduate paper is to improve investigative skills such as observation, inquiry, information gathering, the argumentation and analysis in the seventh-grade students of the Alfredo Bonilla Montaño educational institution in the municipality of Jamundí. In the development of this work, a mixed approach was used that includes a qualitative and quantitative focus, where information was collected through the application of a characterization questionnaire and a pre-test as a diagnosis and in the same way a final questionnaire with questions like the to know-test. A proposed didactic unit was developed in 4 sessions with learning contents referring to the theme of locomotion in living beings and its importance in the area of natural sciences, they were planned taking into account the competences, objectives, contents, activities and evaluation instruments. These activities were developed with the use of the Classroom platform, which is a useful and easy-to-use tool for both teachers and students, with many options for classroom work that facilitates the development of the educational process that enhances and improves the investigative skills of the students, this focused on a constructivist pedagogical model that together with the use of technological tools aim to build meaningful learning. The implementation and evaluation led to the conclusion that the investigative skills had an improvement and performance by 90% where at the beginning it is 30%. This shows that the use of technological tools in conjunction with a pedagogical model and well-structured activities enhance the improvement of research skills in students.
