The present systematization of the professional pedagogical practice was developed in two educational institutions of the Department of Meta, in the Emiliano Restrepo Echavarria Educational Institution of the Municipality of Restrepo and in the Centauros Educational Institution of the Municipality of Vistahermosa, starting initially from the theoretical, conceptual and legal analysis of the categories that emerged in the research process, Inclusive Policies, Inclusive Education, Human Rights Education, Disability and Inclusive Practices, Disability and Inclusive Practices, followed by the analysis of the institutional context and the perceptions of a group of students and teachers, around these categories, the information collection instruments defined were, semi-structured interviews as the main instrument, which was applied to a total of fifteen members of the educational community and an online questionnaire instrument that was applied to thirty teachers which allowed strengthening the information collected in the interviews. The study mainly investigates the inclusion processes carried out by the teacher in the classroom with students who have a medical diagnosis of disability and/or learning difficulties, as well as the view that the educational community has on Human Rights Education in students with different learning styles.
