Análisis de la normatividad y del impacto social de la restauración sustentable de obras viales.

Abstract

This paper analyzes what lights and shadows can be found in the current Colombian regulations that regulate the restoration of road communication works carried out from a community participation and sustainable development approach, taking as an example the case of El Naranjal Bridge in the municipality of Belalcázar in the department of Causa. Specifically, it is analyzed whether the restoration projects should be consulted with the communities and, if so, how the dangers of collapse and low seismic quality are considered. Likewise, it analyzes how sustainable development is promoted in this type of works. The approach used is theoretical and reflective and based on the consultation of academic and legal sources.
