Resumen
The present work addressed an issue identified within the artistic and cultural sector of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area, specifically in the field of urban dance, regarding the informality and precariousness that exists in the development of dance through activities directly involving the urban sector. There is a lack of programs, activities, or dynamics that contribute to the circulation, promotion, dissemination, and formal training of urban dance from an artistic, cultural, and formal perspective in general. In this sense, the general objective was to "Design a project, using the Logical Framework Methodology, for the development of an annual festival aimed at the training, development, and dissemination of urban dance, with a formative, competitive, and artistic approach in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area."
The Logical Framework Methodology was proposed as the method, which allowed for a clear and concrete analysis of the current situation of the urban dance community, understanding its characteristics and needs, and enabling the establishment of discussions that primarily emphasized that the realization of a festival of this magnitude could be crucial in finding improvements and benefits within the sector.
