        Resumen
        A case study is carried out in the direction of marketing management at the company Droguería SKALA. Located in the municipality of Girón - Santander, where the main objective is to carry out a diagnosis on the lack of digital marketing presence of this. For this, a survey was carried out in order to clarify the situation in which the drugstore is located. The results show a lack of information about digital marketing and a lack of training to apply it, for this reason they cannot get more clients and they do not manage to retain the inhabitants of Girón. Being a very traditional family business, they still do not see the importance of creating social networks to promote their services and products, and they do not see the need for digital advertising to attract more customers from nearby neighborhoods, we do all this in order to stand out the importance of digital marketing and the positive change that the company would have, we also highlight the importance of having trained personnel to provide relevant and fast solutions, thus achieving a healthy environment when providing our services. Finally, it is concluded that you must have brand recognition and give value to our services, because the pharmaceutical market is too large and there is a lot of competition that sells and offers the same services, therefore, it is recommended to stand out more for its customer service to have a differentiating brand from other competition. This case study reflects the importance of digital marketing for any company, be it large, medium or small, all companies must be at the forefront of the world where we are living, currently companies that do not adapt to our time end up going bankrupt, the Competition is strong and we must always be up-to-date in order to have a solid competitive organization.
