Impacto del sistema modular en el desarrollo de competencias en el área de derecho de familia

Abstract

The Legal Office of the Faculty of Law of Bogotá, was the space chosen in this investigation to observe the incidence of the Modular System in the development of competences, during the practices carried out by the students of 8th, 9th and 10th semester in family law, during the period between 2007 and 2008. The research was developed using three methodological tools, the survey, the interview and direct participant observation, whose results gave rise to a descriptive study, which answered the question: What is the impact of the Modular System on the development of competencies in the area of ​​family law, of the students of the 8th, 9th and 10th semester of the Legal Office of the Faculty of Law of the Santo Tomás de Bogotá University, in the period 2007 - 2008.
