Resumen
The alimentary industry through the multinationals and globalization dynamics has been originated social inequality, famine, environmental unsteady and restructuration of traditional nourishing practices. Because of the Latin American and Colombian situation, this research is being done to analyze the nutritional patterns and the level of awareness they have about the production of food consumed by adults in the neighborhood el Sosiego in Madrid Cundinamarca during the years 2021 and 2023, and their relation with the reproduction of a nutritional system ruling and uneven. Because of this 95 survey has been realized and an observation of food trading. As a result of this, people don't ask themself about the environmental, economic, and social results of their nourishing practices, due to the reproduction of the same nourishing system.
