Resumen
The objective of this thesis is to propose the design and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) for the company OLWIL DISTRIBUCIONES SAS, a company dedicated to the distribution of soft drinks in 17 departments in the north of Boyacá. Currently, the company lacks a QMS, which represents an opportunity to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of its operations.
To carry out this study, the Colombian Technical Standard NTC ISO 9001:2015 will be used as a reference, internationally recognized for its focus on quality and continuous improvement of organizational processes.
The investigation process will begin with a detailed analysis of the current procedures and practices of OLWIL DISTRIBUCIONES SAS, identifying areas for improvement and possible gaps in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. Based on this evaluation, a proposal for the implementation of the QMS will be developed, which will include the definition of policies, objectives, performance indicators and responsibilities at all levels of the organization.
The proposal will also cover the identification of the necessary resources for the successful implementation of the SGC, as well as the planning of the activities and schedules required for its implementation.
Once the QMS is in place, continuous monitoring will be carried out to assess its effectiveness and make adjustments if necessary. In addition, a quality-oriented organizational culture will be fostered, promoting the active participation of all collaborators in the continuous improvement of processes and services.
It is expected that the application of this Quality Management System will allow OLWIL DISTRIBUCIONES SAS to achieve high quality standards in its operations, improve customer satisfaction, optimize its internal processes and strengthen its position in the soft drink distribution market in the region. Likewise, the thesis seeks to contribute to the knowledge and practice of quality management in the specific context of a company in this sector.
