Identificación de las estrategias de humanización en los servicios de salud como generadoras de valor

Abstract

The humanization of health services consists of the implementation of techniques that improve care, communication, contact, and the experience between health personnel, patients, and their families, taking into account the needs of the subjects of care, to create an environment that helps you obtain a greater degree of well-being by receiving comprehensive care that values you physically and mentally. The following work aims to analyze the humanization strategies implemented in health services as generators of value in care. For this, a systematic review was carried out that analyzes 17 studies on the humanization of health services, carried out between the months of March and April 2023, collecting the information through the Google search engine. The results indicate that the main strategies identified were empathy, staff awareness, staff training and specialization, communication, and patient-centered care.
