Análisis espacial del uso y conflicto de suelo en el Distrito de Manejo Integral (DMI) complejo cenagoso del Bajo Sinú, sector municipio de Chimá, Córdoba-Colombia.

Abstract

This work shows the geographical reality of the territory based on a spatial analysis of land use and conflict in the Bajo Sinú marshy complex comprehensive management district, specifically in the Municipality of Chimá, Córdoba. According to the environmental regulations established in the Agreement 076 of 2007, agreement 346 of 2017 and 174 of 2011. And for which geospatial data and theoretical-legal information of the problem are used, manipulated through the analytical-deductive method, which allows showing the situation of the land in terms of use and conflict , due to the fact that the environmental policies that regulate the uses and activities in it, are broken by the different social actors that have a direct and indirect relationship with this set of wetlands, information that will have a significant scope when studying and making coherent decisions with the policies of ordering and environmental management of natural resources.
