This project addressed the problem in the Association of Coffee Women of Ocamonte, which is commercially dependent on the National Federation of Coffee Growers. Due to the lack of knowledge on commercial issues they have not achieved an expansion and obtaining customers to achieve growth and thus the possibility of investing in new resources that allow a significant positioning. Therefore, the objective was to formulate a project plan for the structuring of a business model for the marketing of roasted coffee beans and ground under a brand of the Association of Coffee Women of Ocamonte, Santander, using the SCRUM methodology. For the development of the model, The CANVAS tool was used to identify that there is an opportunity in channels such as shopping centers for the sale of coffee and that in the future a model of coffee franchises can be explored as a strategy to expand to other regions of the country.
