One of the fundamental foods in the human diet is red meat or beef. The Bovine Meat sector is mainly made up of three links: primary production (which takes place on the properties or farms), slaughterhouses (processing plants that produce carcass, boneless meat and meat byproducts) and meat industry (which manufactures sausages or derivatives meat to market and distribute). In this way, Colombia has the opportunity to meet the population and economic growth that increases the national and international demand for meat. It arises as a proposal focused on a business plan for fattening commercial Brahman steers located on the Berlin farm in the municipality of Acacías - Meta, all with the objective of developing a business plan for a cattle ranch dedicated to fattening Brahman cattle. commercial, consisting of the fattening of bovines in a rotational system, with a semi-intensive system, in an efficient and economical way. During this, an analysis was carried out in its methodology where market, technical, administrative, economic and financial aspects are considered; in which it is possible to determine that the final buyer in which Hacienda Berlín will focus its efforts for the sale of cattle is the scale paddock (intermediary) given its great ease of commercialization and will certainly benefit the sale costs such as the freight value, cattle auction commission, bovine weight loss.
