The necessity to improve the quality of internal and external communication of companies is becoming more and more important in the competitive scenario in which we operate, for companies like PRODESA that already have experience in their field and need tools to continue excelling. This improvement plan identifies the processes in the Marketing area that the construction company can improve and turn into competitive advantages, analyzing its current strengths and using them as part of the proposal. This is the result of a 6-month internship in this department. It was possible to create a plan to increase confidence in customers, potential customers and the market, allowing it to be more competitive and profitable.
