Análisis de Necesidades de Formación en Enseñanza de una Lengua Extranjera, Inglés, En Torno A La Resocialización Laboral de Mujeres Privadas de la Libertad

Abstract

The project titled "Análisis de las necesidades de formación en enseñanza de una lengua extranjera, inglés, en torno a la resocialización laboral de mujeres privadas de la libertad" sought to determine how the results of the training needs analysis regarding the beneficiaries of the foreign language training program, English, offered by SENA, contribute to the process of labor resocialization of incarcerated women at the La Badea Reclusion Center in Dosquebradas, Risaralda. This project employed qualitative research and content analysis as fundamental methods to collect information and carry out the corresponding analysis through the application of various instruments such as questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and focus groups. Among the findings of the project are the different perceptions of incarcerated women regarding their learning needs and the actions aimed at both their labor resocialization and their empowerment in such a way that they can contribute to the reconstruction of the social fabric.
