Abstract
Human talent is one of the most important resources within companies and therefore the
loyalty and retention of human resources within it, is an issue that is becoming increasingly
important for the organizational world, previously organizations did not consider the
importance of the retention and loyalty of their workers, due to this they did not invest in
methods or strategies to achieve it, however, in recent years companies have become more
aware of the importance and how they positively influence the results of the company at the
organizational level .With the development of the following work we seek to identify the
shortcomings that the Bogota Beer Company presents in terms of loyalty and retention of
human resources and in this way develop a strategic plan that allows the company to improve
its indicator of personnel turnover in the operations area, achieving a positive influence in the
company, thus contributing to the improvement of the results and the competitiveness of the
organization in the market; In this way, we will take the different authors as a reference, we
will use as a methodology the application of a quantitative instrument that will allow us to
identify the main aspects that affect and generate desertion in the operations department.
