Abstract

The following research will analyze as the main topic the mental and integral health of workers, the impact that this has positive or negative in the development of the respective functions in the work area of the same, and how this is reflected in the productivity and efficiency indexes of the company, analyzing the possible strategies that contribute to the improvement of this problem that covers a large part of the working population.
