Resumen
Organizational climate and areas of work stress are issues that organizations should be aware
of so that employees can feel safe in the organization, small companies do not give enough
importance and hence the idea of doing it in an SME is born, from the above, this work proposes
in its objective to describe the dimensions of organizational climate and areas of work stress, For
this process, a semi-structured interview was carried out, created by the researchers in order to be
able to evidence significant information, the different dimensions of the two categories are
analyzed to the collaborators who have been in the organization for two or more years. This from
a qualitative methodology with an inductive method and a phenomenological design.
As for the results, it was possible to show that the participants have experienced stressful
situations but they are not triggered by the organizational climate; on the contrary, this has been
seen as a priority by the organization, so they have worked on strengthening some aspects such as
communication. This allowed us to conclude that the company has healthy organizational
principles, showing that despite the fact that the employees are constantly changing their work
place, they feel that they have the tools that allow them to work comfortably.
