In tlhis work it was analyzed in a research of teachers’ continuous
formation, in a refexive glance of the point, of view of the used strategies,
verifying its contribution to the process of the professsionals’ reflection in
function of the typical conduct and of children’s carriers ofSpecial Education
Needs abilities, as right to the education in the regular net of teaching. The
position of UNESCO was emphasized that considers that inclusion of the
faulty or different statement, as direct was of integration in the society and
inside need of revision of concepts is included the Declaration of
Salamanical/1994, document that pointedout the politics, beginnings and
practices for the valuation begining and recognition in the action of the
regular school, sothat the same promotes the leaming and assist to the needs of
each one, inside of its limits and possibilities, in a perpective gone back to the
intuitive, the logical, the sensorial and that, its practice prmmeates the
discovery, thecreation and the search of the knowledge.
