Resumen
The ludicity in the perspective of the visual handicapped child embraces a significance in the process
of child formation, since play enables an evolutionary dimension, where the child reorganizes his or her
experiences, builds and reconstructs knowledge, being a contribution/support in their learning and
development inside and outside the classroom. In view of this, the present work has as general objective
to understand how the ludicity becomes allied in the literacy process of blind students in use of the
Braille system and the specific ones are: Knowing the literacy process of blind students; Investigate the
contribution of ludicity to literacy learning of the Braille System to blind children; Analyze the importance
of ludicity to the Braille literacy process and, theoretically, explore bibliographic materials on the theme
of playful. To better structure this study, we opted for a bibliographic review - this is a literature review
with a qualitative approach where we intend to identify, analyze and synthesize results of studies on the
subject of this research. The data collection will be based on searches on various websites and portals
such as Scientific Electronic Library Online - Scielo, CAPES portal and Google Scholar search tools, as
well as scientific studies, in order to identify the articles related to the subject under study. Having as
search descriptors: the theme of children with visual handicapped, The act of play and the act of play in
the full development of the blind child, the ludicity and literacy of the blind child, didactic games and
Braille system. As a result, it is intended to compile studies on the production of playful materials for
blind children, as well as to make this work of completing the course a contribution for students, teachers
and scholars in the area.
