Resumen
This research has as its theme the Drama in single sessions with deaf people in a
virtual environment, intending to analyze the strategies used by the teacher in the
development of six processes Drama in the context mentioned before. The choice of
the deaf adult audience, the remote environment, and Drama as a work methodology
was due to previous explorations carried out by the author, who is now experimenting
with the single session format for performing each process. The research methodology
was based on action research (Thiollent, 1986) and, for the theoretical framework, the
author seeks support from Cabral (2006) and Pereira (2015), who bring the theories
of Drama. Still, to base studies on Deaf Culture, the authors Perlin (2016), Gesser
(2009), and Rezende (2019) are brought. Finally, to provide support with the virtual
environment and the scenic practices carried out in it, Dubatti (2021) and Muniz and
Dubatti (2018) are consulted. Furthermore, it is expected that the reflections presented
in this work can instigate the readers to (re)think their way of conducting scenic
practices.
