This work treats of the problem of the school reproof in the Brazilian
Public Schools, with base in statistical datas transmitted by TV and the
press. We still have a theoretical referencial that bases and guides the
subject in evidence, so that through the shown numbers there is an of
impressment the teachers, students, parents and rulers in the sense of
minimizing the problem and not only to look for culprits. This,
theoretically, it was already done. What is waited they are practical
solutions to revert its. It makes mention to the quality of the teaching
rendered by the teachers and to the system of evaluation adoted, through
interviews with parents, teachers and school direction. Pointing out that the
teacher is a leader, a coordinator that simulates the group to the
contextualized and critic understanding off its actions and of its rights. In
an attempt of giving vision of the subject, without address one-self for an
only way, but also showing the different existent options to start from the
beginning that the reader will enjoy this implied knowledge to do the
generalizations and to develop new ideas, new meanings, new
understandings. Parents were interviewed, teachers and directive team.
During the research, the parents attributed the cause of the reproof to the
lack of attention and of affection that the student feels inside of its home,
and still, because they don’t accompany the its children’s school revenue;
the teachers attribute to a series of factors; the directive team considers that
the lack of interest, motivation and attention are the main factors that
influence in the school reprooof. It’s ended that the proposed objectives
were reached, therefore they were detected the main factors that influence
in the school reproof for, later on to take measures to minimize them.
