With the modern world, due to globalization, the increase of the competitiveness and
offers each bigger time of work force, the professional and the proper company has searched methods of qualification, update and increase of knowledge for its
collaborators, aiming at always the increase of the productivity, greaters profits and
mainly, greater effectiveness, quality and security of the given service, showing the
importance of the human resources for each enterprise, its valuation and the
persistence of the companies in investing in the intellectual capital, searching resulted
future. The efficient form most innovative and of adequacy to these changes is called
training, where the professional is formatted in the norms of the company in search of
update, motivation and greater performance in its function. The commercial training is
the focus of this study, where the salesman is the part key for a good development and
growth of the organization, guided for the satisfaction of the customer and searching a
bigger slice in its branch of market, improving each time more the work in the point of
venda. As proposal adjusted for this advance, innovative and efficient techniques for
the growth of the intellectual capital, specifically for the team of vendas are presented,
as investment form, approaching methods of attendance to the customer,
merchandising, and techniques, properly said, for the construction of the success of
vendas and the ascension of the professional ahead of its customers. With objective to
get a good result and a facilitated agreement, a bibliographical methodology, based in
didactic workmanships and books of orientações was used techniques for RH
professionals, having as main justification the consideration of the intellectual capital as
the resource of bigger importance for the development and growth of the company.
