A partir de los lineamientos establecidos por el Consejo Nacional de Acreditaci?n (CNA, 2010), se realiz? la autoevaluaci?n correspondiente al programa de Maestr?a en Gerencia de la Calidad. Para esto, se llev? a cabo la evaluaci?n de los factores: estudiantes y profesores ? investigadores, que determinar?n el cumplimiento de la calidad. Inicialmente se hizo el reconocimiento de los indicadores y las caracter?sticas que se deb?an analizar, para luego, proceder a realizar la ponderaci?n en peso de importancia de cada caracter?stica. Para el estudio aplicado, se hizo el reconocimiento de tres tipos de evidencia: documentada, indicador y apreciativa. Una vez terminado el estudio, y determinar en qu? medida se cumpl?a con el nivel de Based on the guidelines established by the CNA, the self-assessment corresponding to the Master's Program in Quality Management was carried out. Once the study has been completed and the extent to which the required level of quality was met, it is proposed to develop an action plan that ensures the pertinent improvements.
