ilustracionesLa presente investigaci?n tiene como objetivo formular un modelo de gesti?n de la producci?n que permita establecer estrategias para la planeaci?n, programaci?n y control de la producci?n en la empresa Refriglobal, dedicada a la fabricaci?n y comercializaci?n de equipos de refrigeraci?n y climatizaci?n. La cual busca un mejoramiento continuo para cada uno de sus procesos, ya que est?n presentando problemas en su proceso productivo, los cuales son identificados en primera medida por un diagn?stico operativo de observaci?n directa en el proceso el cu?l concluye con un diagrama de Ishikawa donde se analiza m?s detalladamente cada desarrollo del producto junto a sus fortalezas y falencias, para posteriormente dar recomendaciones a su sistema productivo y as? aumentar la productividad de la empresa. Dichas recomendaciones se realizan bajo un estudio del trabajo dividido en: primero, estudio de m?todos que abarca ocho pasos fundamentales, sencillos y eficientes para el aumento del sistema productivo en la fabricaci?n de la nevera convencional producto de mayor impacto en la empresa y, en segundo lugar, se lleva a cabo un estudio de tiempos de producci?n en las operaciones cortar l?mina de acero e inyectar con poliuretano siendo estas las m?s influyentes en el proceso de manufactura. Por ?ltimo, y siguiendo con los objetivos propuestos para alcanzar mayor productividad en la empresa, se plantearon y adoptaron nuevas estrategias de control a la producci?n bajo pedido o tambi?n conocida ?Make to Order? empleada por la Refriglobal, a la planificaci?n suplementaria adaptada en los formatos de control ya establecidos se le adicionaron m?s campos para un registro que permita mayor retroalimentaci?n en la toma de decisiones. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados del estudio junto a las recomendaciones dadas para la implementaci?n de los m?todos propuestos que influyen en la mejora de la producci?n.The objective of this research is to formulate a production management model that allows establishing strategies for the planning, programming and control of production in the company Refriglobal, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Which seeks continuous improvement for each of its processes, since they are presenting problems in their production process, which are identified in the first place by an operational diagnosis of direct observation in the process, which concludes with an Ishikawa diagram where analyzes in more detail each product development along with its strengths and weaknesses, to later give recommendations to its production system and thus increase the company?s productivity. These recommendations are made under a study of the work divided into: first, a study of methods that covers eight fundamental, simple and efficient steps for the increase of the productive system in the manufacture of the conventional refrigerator, product of greater impact in the company and, secondly, Secondly, a study of production times is carried out in the operations cut steel sheet and injecting polyurethane, these being the most influential in the manufacturing process. Finally, and continuing with the proposed objectives to achieve greater productivity in the company, new control strategies were proposed and adopted to production to order or also known as "Make to Order" used by Refriglobal, to the supplementary planning adapted in the already established control formats, more fields were added for a record that allows greater feedback in decision making.
