In the present work of degree a case of homicide by money is shown where all the investigative techniques realized in the handling of the scene and all the collected information of different investigative methods of the urgent acts such as inspections to place, inspection to corpse are observed interviews and identification of the obtained EMP / EF, having reason of the use of the scientific method creating the following hypothesis:
With regard to the EMP / EF found in the scene, it can be inferred with respect to the firearm and vanilla, that there was a shot in the scene, however it is wound with a regular hole in the frontal region of the deceased, and in relation to the bottle of red cap and the two glasses can be deduced that the victim was with a companion drinking a colorless substance which indicates that it could be a person of trust or known of the deceased, similarly can be infer that they had some business relationship for the crop and mill check documents that were on the table, next to the bottle and glasses.
This is also supported by means of interviews conducted with neighbors from which narratives are obtained where these people express that they heard a shot of their neighbor's house and others who say that the deceased, one hour before, was entering his house. housing with one of its partners apparently trusted as they frequented a lot, with proportion to the information collected is hypothetically concluded that the punishable conduct is triggered by business, ie a felony for money.
