| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de grado se muestra un caso de homicidio por dinero donde se observan todas las t?cnicas investigativas realizadas en el manejo de la escena y todo la informaci?n recolectada de diferentes m?todos investigativos de los actos urgentes tales como inspecciones a lugar, inspecci?n a cad?ver entrevistas e identificaci?n de los E.M.P/E.F obtenidos, teniendo raz?n de la utilizaci?n del m?todo cient?fico cre?ndose la siguiente hip?tesis:
Con respecto a los E.M.P./E.F hallados en el lugar de los hechos se puede inferir con respecto al arma de fuego y la vainilla, que hubo un disparo en el lugar del hecho, no obstante se halla herida de orificio regular en la regi?n frontal del occiso, y con relaci?n a la botella de tapa roja y las dos copas se puede deducir que la v?ctima se encontraba con un acompa?ante bebiendo alguna sustancia incolora lo cual indica que podr?a ser una persona de confianza o conocido del occiso, de igual forma se puede inferir que presentaban alguna relaci?n de negocios por los documentos de cultivos y cheque de molino que se hallaban sobre la mesa, junto a la botella y las copas.
Esto de igual forma es sostenido por medio de entrevistas realizadas a vecinos de las cuales se obtienen narraciones donde estas personas expresan que se escuch? un disparo de la vivienda de su vecino y otros que manifiestan que el occiso, una hora antes se encontraba ingresando a su vivienda con uno de sus socios al parecer de confianza ya que frecuentaban mucho, Con proporci?n a la informaci?n recolectada se concluye hipot?ticamente que la conducta punible es accionada por negocios, es decir una felon?a por dinero. | |
