Ser empático implica interpretar los intereses y las necesidades del otro en sus emociones, asumir sus dificultades, entender lo que está experimentando y cuando se está en un mal momento, buscar la mejor resolución posible a la circunstancia. En este sentido la investigación;" la empatía y su importancia, para la resolución del conflicto en los niños y niñas del grado tercero en la institución educativa lsabel María Cuesta González (INEDIMACGY'. Su objetivo, apunta a determinar la incidencia de una unidad didáctica sobre la empatía, para la resolución de conflictos en los niños y niñas del grado tercero de la INEDIMACG. El enfoque de la investigación es de carácter cuantitativo, de tipo explicativo y su diseño se centra, en el desarrollo de un estudio cuasi experimental, apuntando a que los sujetos a investigar no se seleccionan de forma aleatoria, se organizan previamente; en este caso los y las estudiantes de grado tercero de la INEDIMACG. De acuerdo a lo anterior la conclusión en la presente investigación, apunta a que los y las estudiantes asumieron un cambio positivo, después de la aplicación de la unidad didáctica centrada en la empatía; la misma se diseñó para impulsar y alcanzar la empatía, en el desarrollo de cada una de las sesiones, se evidenció, una mejora en la convivencia al interior y exterior del aula, se significó a partir de que la convivencia entre los y las estudiantes del grupo experimental, lograron mejorar en la forma de resolver los conflictos.Being an empath implies interpreting the interests and more needs of the other in their emotions. assuming their difficulties, understanding what they are experiencing and when they are in a bad moment, seeking the best possible resolution to the circumstance.
