Resumen
The purpose of the research is to characterize the performance management model used
in a company providing accounting and financial legal services, by collecting perceptions
of different people within the organizational structure. For this, qualitative research will be
carried out, using the method of semi-structured interviews. Once this information is
collected, a contrast will be made with the positions of different authors within the literature
and finally some recommendations will be designed, taking into account the management
models by objectives and management by competences.
Once the research is finished, it is evident that within the organization under study there
is not a structured performance management model, but a performance evaluation model,
There are no objective measurement variables that allow us to determine the level of
performance.
Finally, recommendations are given to this organization, focused on formalizing the
performance management model, basing monitoring on the achievement of objectives
and capacity development, where metrics must be objectively defined to track defined
objectives with employees
