El artículo trata investigar la posibilidad de proteger al trabajador frente al acoso desde una perspectiva más amplia que la que ofrece la tutela de la dignidad del trabajador y yuxtapone a la misma la que deriva del cumplimiento de la norma de prevención de riesgos laborales.The article treats to investigate the possibility of protecting the worker oppositeto the harassment from a perspective more wide that the one that offers theguardianship of the dignity of the worker and it juxtaposes the same one theone that derives from the fulfillment of the norm of prevention of labor risks.
