Amisoft, a Chilean software company with 43 employees, successfully uses software analytics in its projects. These support a variety of strategic and tactical decisions, resulting in less overwork of employees. However, the analytics done at Amisoft are very different from the ones used in larger companies Fondecyt project 11110463 and Program U-Apoya, University of Chile, partly funded Romain Robbes's work.
