Siembra en línea y bloques en la producción de germinado hidropónico de cebada (Hordeum vulgare) en Lambayeque

Resumen
El estudio se realizó en el centro poblado Nuevo Mocce de Lambayeque del 9 al 23 de octubre de 2019 y tuvo como objetivos: a) Determinar el rendimiento de Germinado Hidropónico (GH) de cebada (Hordeum vulgare) sembrado en línea y bloques; b) Determinar el rendimiento por metro cuadrado de MS, PC, EE, FC y CEN de los tratamientos evaluados; c) Determinar el mejor rendimiento en kg de GH en base fresca y materia seca por kg de semilla procesada y e) Determinar los costos de producción de un kg de Germinado Hidropónico de cebada en base fresca (TCO) y en materia seca (MS) de los tratamientos evaluados. Para lograrlos se implementaron 3 tratamientos de Germinado Hidropónico de cebada con diferentes tipos de siembra: T0: convencional; T1: en línea y T2: en bloques. Se utilizó un Diseño Completamente al Azar con igual número de repeticiones (12 bandejas) y prueba de comparación múltiple de Tuckey, hallando diferencias estadísticas (p<0.05) entre tratamientos presentando mejores resultados en rendimiento (kg/m 2) de PC, EE, FC y CEN; productividad de MS y GH (Kg/kg de semilla) y más económico (S/./Kg) el GH sembrado en bloques. La siembra en línea no influyó significativamente en los factores evaluados.
